Who We Are
Cutie P.A.W.S. is building a new infrastructure model for animal welfare in Northern Nevada — one that is proactive, humane, and designed to prevent suffering before it begins.
For too long, rescue has been reactive: overcrowded shelters, crisis boarding, emergency medical pleas. We are changing that model.
Through TNRh (Trap-Neuter-Rehabilitate), whole-health sanctuary care, rural outreach, and collaborative reform, we are creating a sustainable system that reduces overpopulation at its source, restores dignity to community cats, and expands lifesaving capacity for generations to come.
This isn’t charity.
