This Photo & Media Release (“Release”) governs how Cutie P.A.W.S. may use photographs, videos, and media submitted or captured during participation in our programs.

By participating in any Cutie P.A.W.S. program or event, entering our premises, or submitting media, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Privacy Policy

1. Consent to Use Photographs & Media

You grant Cutie P.A.W.S. permission to use:

Photos
Videos
Audio recordings
Written testimonials
Artwork or creative submissions
Digital media content

that include you, your image, your voice, or your foster/adopted animal.

2. Purpose of Use

Media may be used for:

Social media posts
Website content
Fundraising and donor communications
Printed materials
Educational materials
Marketing, outreach, and public awareness
Reporting to grantors and partners

3. Ownership & Rights

You retain ownership of photos you provide.
By submitting or allowing media capture, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and modify media for organizational use.
No compensation will be provided for use of media.

4. Opt-Out Options

If you do NOT want your photo or media used:

Email us at info@cutiepaws.org
Include your name, the media involved, and the specific usage you wish to restrict

We will make reasonable efforts to honor opt-out requests, except:

Media captured in large public events
Images already published prior to your request
Situations required by law or safety

5. Children & Minors

Parents or legal guardians must provide consent for any media involving minors under 18.
Cutie P.A.W.S. will not knowingly use media featuring minors without documented permission.

6. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Withdrawal applies to future use only and does not require removal of media already published.
